We launched our Mini Storage Management operations in 1989 when we assumed management of six distressed mini storage facilities. Within one year each project was turned into profitability netting our clients a $1.3 Million increase in profits. Since our inception, we have managed 50+ projects in California, Washington, Colorado, Texas, Florida, South Carolina and Georgia. Most of these projects were either start-up or distressed. They are now making a profit for their owners.

Sarah E. Even
She is a distressed property expert, featured speaker, and an industry consultant. Sarah has 30+ years experience in Operations and Financial Management, Marketing, Feasibility Studies and Business Plans. She has also held a Board of Directors position with the Self Storage Association's Southeast Region.

Jerry Zimmerman
He is Director of Operations overseeing day to day Operatons of all contracted facilities, company marketing and new acquisitions. He has over 25 combined years of retail and self storage management experience.
